Well, folks, I might not be able to make gifs anymore

Photoshop is insisting that QuickTime doesn’t exist on my computer (it does) and won’t let me import video frames to layers, which is the only way I know how to make gifs

I’ve tried the only fix out there for it and it didn’t work
